Camp Hill Centre Hall - Kitchen Upgrade 2007
It is with much pleasure we advise that the above project is now complete. Many community members including our general parish groups (hospitality team, bridge/card club, Sunday School) and other community organizations such as playgroups, Spiritus and dance classes are using and benefiting from these wonderful new facilities.
Some of the benefits include the provision of a facility that:
- Brings us inline with current Workplace Health and Safety Standards relating to food handling/preparation.
- Provides up to date appliances and facilities to cater for functions such as parish dinners, refreshments for funerals, making it easier and more enjoyable for our volunteer workers.
- Offers a safe, clean, cost-effective and time efficient venue for all groups who utilise our hall.
- Will be more appealing for hire and utilization of community groups and members.
- Enables us to offer more support service within our community thereby fostering and enriching their lives with Christian values and beliefs.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Gambling Community Benefit Fund for their financial support for this project as well as a number of hard working parishioners (you know who you are) for their tireless support and assistance in organising and completing aspects of this upgrade.
