A number of teams have been setup in the Parish to augment the role of the Parish Council. These teams are semi-autonomous in that they have a defined budget, defined goals and targets and are free to recruit volunteers from the wider parish community.
This is an effective way of separating out those activities in the Parish that the Council most wishes to focus on, as well as enabling parishioners to move from team to team based on their interest, enthusiasm and skills.
Not all teams will operate all the time, and at times, some teams will have a stronger focus than others.
